SHIPPING
We appreciate your business and will ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 weeks for order processing as the giclee prints are printed following your order. All orders are shipped one day a week. If you need an order rushed, please contact Tracie’s Paints-N-Pots at paintsnpots@gmail.com. A $20.00 rush order fee may apply if items are not in stock.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may return it and receive full billing refund (minus packaging, shipping, and insurance) upon the following conditions:
- Tracie’s Paints-N-Pots must be contacted within 15 days after items are received. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval at paintsnpots@gmail.com
- If the purchase was a mistake on our part.
- It is still in sellable condition.
- Must be returned in original packaging--preferably with original invoice included.
- Refunds will not be given until return has been received in reasonable condition.
DAMAGES
If the package containing your purchase appears to be seriously damaged upon its arrival, PLEASE, REFUSE THE DELIVERY UNOPENED.
If damage to the package appears to be minor, we recommend accepting the shipment after making note of damages on the delivery receipt.
Any item within the packaging, which are received damaged, must be reported to us and the carrier at the time they are received. Contact us at paintsnpots@gmail.com to inform us of the shipping damages. Contact the shipping company who will advise you of your options. Do not discard the original packaging.
Please take a photo of package conditions if you suspect that your item inside might be damaged or if you notice serious damage to the package.
Unless reported immediately upon receipt, damaged items will not be accepted for return.
